Refund and Exchange Policy

Please read the following Terms carefully:

By submitting an order you agree that will only refund your purchase in the case where it fails to arrive at the entry point of the destination country. Beyond that point you accept full liability for non-delivery within your country and we will not provide refunds. If an item reaches the entry point of a destination country, is subsequently returned to us for any reason and the items are in useable condition then we may, at our discretion, refund the purchase price of the items but not shipping costs. Where we have made a mistake that results in non-delivery, we will refund in full or offer to reship.

How to Return Items:

To return any product - no call is required. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, wrap the package securely and return to the address shown on our contact details page. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper or send a hard copy of your order confirmation email along with the package.

Refunds and Replacements:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the returned item. Unfortunately, your postage charges on refunds are not refundable.
