Ethics Ibuprofen is used to treat mild to moderate pain including period pain and dental pain. It is also used to treat joint pain & inflammation and to reduce fever. Each tablet contains Ibuprofen 200mg.

Dosage

Children aged 12 years-Adult: 2 tablets at first then 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required.

Take with food. Maximum of 6 tablets in 24 hours. 

Children aged 7-12 years: 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as required.

Take with food. Maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Tell your doctor immediately if any of these occur: 

  • Stomach pain, coughing or vomiting blood, black bowel motions. 
  • Trouble breathing, facial swelling 
  • Chest pain 
  • Signs of liver problems, including: yellow skin/eyes, itching, dark urine, pale bowel motions, abdominal pain 
  • Easy/unusual bruising or bleeding
