Eurax CreamοΎ is used for the treatment of various forms of pruritus (itching) including itching associated with allergies, chicken pox (where the skin is unbroken) and itchiness due to insect bites and stings. By relieving itching, Eurax prevents irritation and breaking of the skin caused by scratching and therefore reduces the risk of secondary infection. Eurax Cream may also be used for the treatment of scabies (infestation of the skin by mites).
