Refund and Exchange Policy
DrugDispensary.com is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are unsuitable, please return it to us in the original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it for you or refund your purchase price.
How to Return Items:
To return any product - no call is required. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, wrap the package securely and return to the address shown on our contact details page. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper or send a hard copy of your order confirmation email along with the package.
Refunds and Replacements:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the returned item. Unfortunately, your postage charges on refunds are not refundable.
