| Purpose |
| Osteo-500 is a calcium supplement for people with an inadequate dietary intake of calcium. Calcium is important to protect bones and may be of assistance in the prevention of Osteoporosis. The recommended daily intake for adults is 800mg of calcium.

| Active Ingredient |
| Each Osteo-500 tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 1.25g providing elemental calcium 500mg.Osteo-500 contains no wheat, gluten, milk derivatives, yeast, sugar, corn, flavour or preservatives.

| Dosage |
| Take 1 Osteo-500 tablet 2-3 times daily with food or as recommended by your doctor. Osteo-500 is not recommended for children under 7 years.
