5 Simple Steps to Help Eliminate Head Lice 1) Apply: Massage through dry hair and onto scalp ensuring all of the hair and the nape of the neck is wet with product. 2) Combing: For best results use nit comb supplied to remove lice from wet hair. Combing will become difficult as hair begins to dry. 3) Wash: After 10 minutes, use your regular shampoo to wash hair.
