| Difflam throat spray, Relief of painful inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat including pharyngitis, aphthous ulcers, radiotherapy induced mucositis, post surgical, eg, tonsillectomy, dental surgery.

| Active Ingredient |
| Difflam throat spray contains: Benzydamine hydrochloride 0.15%.

| Dosage |
| Directions for the use of Difflam throat spray: Adults: 4-8 sprays every 1.5-3 hours; children 6-12 years: 4 sprays every 1.5-3 hours; children under 6 years: 1 spray for each 4kg of body weight, maximum 4 sprays every 1.5-3 hours.

| Contra Indications |
| Do not use Difflam throat spray if you experience hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Precautions:Avoid contact with the eyes. Consider antibacterial treatment if bacterial infection present. Use Difflam throat spray with caution in pregnancy and lactation.

| Reactions |
| Do not use Difflam throat spray if you experience any of the following reactions: oral numbness, occasional burning or stinging. Less commonly, dryness or thirst, tingling, warm feeling in the mouth, altered taste. Rare systemic effects include gastrointestinal disorders, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, hypersensitivity reactions.
