Soft chewing Nicotinell Gum comes in a range of unexpectedly bold flavours that are pleasant to chew throughout the day. Nicotinell can help you control the cravings that often occur as you try to achieve a smoke free life.

| Active Ingredient |
| Nicotinell Gum contains 4mg Nicotine. Also contains saccharin and saccarin sodium. Nicotinell Gum contains sorbitol, xylitol and mannitol - total 0.4g/gum or 4g/10 gums. Products containing these ingredients may have a laxative effect or casue diarrhoea. Nicotinell Gim contains 11.5mg or 0.5mmol sodium/gum (equiv to 115mg or 5mmol/10 gums) which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.

| Dosage |
| Chew one piece of Nicotinell Gum slowly when you feel the urge to smoke. DO NOT EXCEED 10 GUMS IN ONE DAY.
Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong. Rest Nicotinell Gum between your gum and cheek. Chew again when the taste has faded. Repeat chewing routine for around 30 minutes.
After around 3 months, gradually cut down the amount of Nicotinell Gum you chew each day. When you are down to 1 - 2 pieces per day, you can stop using Nicotinell Gum. Stopping Nicotinell Gum completely should be possible within 6 months from the start of treatment.
