1. Will I pay more now your site has been upgraded?
No. We have made every effort to ensure that what you pay doesn't change after the upgrade.
Please refer to previous "DrugDispensary Website - Payment Confirmation" emails. The information in these emails details the price in NZ$ you have been paying this will match the price including shipping you pay now.
1. Are the Shipping Charges new?
The total price you will pay has not changed.
We have separated out our shipping costs to allow you more choice with the quantities you can order. This also allows us to ship worldwide and keep our competitive prices.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. Choose what you would like to order and add this to your cart. Click to access your items in your cart. In the cart you will find an "Estimated Shipping " box. This is where you can choose a country you would like to ship to. The shipping costs will show up when you click "Get a Quote".
2. Currency Conversion
We charge your credit card in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) so must display the prices at the checkout are in NZD. Your bank will convert the NZD to your local currency plus any currency charges. Check with your bank what charges they may add.
When you are selecting products there is a currency selector on the right hand sight of the page that will allow you to see prices in your local currency. The price is approximate because we charge in NZD.
3. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse (using the navigational links on the left of each page) or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from DrugDispensary.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. You can access the contents of your Shopping cart at any time by clicking the Cart link at the top of every page of our Web site.
4. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, however there are a few countries we don't ship to. These are: Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Iraq, Indonesia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen.
5. When will I get my order?
Shipping usually takes 4-10 working days depending on destination.
6. Can I use my credit card?
For the most part, yes, you can use your credit card. You can also pay by Western Union, PayPal and Bank Transfer Payment.
Credit card processing rules prevent us from accepting credit card payments for items that are prescription medicines in the country being shipped to. All the medicines on our website may be purchased over the counter at our pharmacy in Christchurch, New Zealand. When item is in the shopping cart that is a prescription medicine in the country being shipped to the option to pay by credit card is not available. In this case please choose one of the other payment methods.
7. How do I pay by Western Union?
Western Union allows us to receive payment from countries where there is an increased risk to use of credit card faud. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with the receiver details for payment through Western Union. When you let us know the 10 digit MCTN "Money Transfer Control Number" we will proceed with the order.
8. How do I pay by PayPal?
If you choose PayPal, we will email you an invoice for payment through PayPal. Follow the instructions for payment on the PayPal invoice. Once we have received confirmation of payment from PayPal, we will process your order.
9. Where are my previous orders?
When we upgraded to the new website you are on now, we were unable to bring over your previous orders. We can access all of your order history. If you would like information about a previous order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
10. What was transferred from the previous DrugDispensary?
If you had any account credits, don't panic, these have been transferred to the new website - you won't miss out on any thing here. We have also transferred your account details, your addresses and phone numbers.
11. How does the DrugDispensary Bonus Progam operate?
Your previous account credits and progress towards the next account credit have been converted from USD to Bonus Points where 1 point = NZD1. This conversion occurred on 30th December 2015 using the mid market USD/NZD rate on www.xe.com
For every $25 you spend now 1 point is earned. These points may be spent on future purchases up to a maximum of 20 points per purchase. Subscribers to our newsletter will soon have more flexibilty in how they spend their points.
12. How do I reactivate my account? - I used to shop with you
If you have shopped with us in the past and can't remember your details, give us a call or email. We will be happy to help get you shopping with us again. You might even have a credit with us!
