Placing an order with DrugDispensary.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse (using the navigational links on the left of each page) or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Bag
If you want to order an item from DrugDispensary.com, click the "Add to Bag" button on the item's product detail page. You can access the contents of your Shopping bag at any time by clicking the Bag icon at the top of every page of our Web site.
3. Proceed to Checkout
After clicking the Bag icon, take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Bag. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your bag, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form.
4. Create An Account
You will be prompted to Create an Account/Become a Member. We need to gather some information about about you (your name, e-mail address, billing address). Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our shopping system requires Cookies to be enabled so that we can identify your order through our shopping system. You will not be able to Login to the "My Drugdispensary" area if cookies are disabled or if the security level on any personal firewall product you are using, is set to high. 5. Enter a Delivery Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered correctly
6. Choose a Delivery Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. By default FREE SHIPPING is selected but you can chose another method if you wish.
The shipping charge for your order (if any) will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
7. Payment Options
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, DrugDispensary.com gift certificates, or bankers draft paid into our bank account. All orders must be prepaid.
8. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the submit order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
9. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review an order before it enters the shipping process, click the My Drug Dispensary tab on the top of all pages on our site. |
